So far we haven’t had a real winter here in Amsterdam this year either, but last night it snowed for the first time! Unfortunately it’s melted away already.. These pictures were taken this morning
Ice patterns on my mother’s greenhouse
f/2.8 – 1/160s – ISO 100 – 100mm
Where’s our Winter? We got no snow, no ice, no frost, only uninspiring grey and rain.. Here’s a picture I took one year ago, when we had a proper Winter
Wishing you all HAPPY HOLIDAYS!! I’m off to Sweden, see you again in 2014!
Picture taken a few days ago in the most southern province of Sweden, Scania (Skåne in Swedish)
Yesterday I came across a fold of Highland cattle in the forest. Aren’t they cute? They let me come close (I didn’t have any zoom lens with me) and posed very friendly.
Two pictures of frost on a window- I couldn’t decide which image I liked more so I’m posting both and also adding my first poll (see below).
The first one is a closeup with automatic focus:
The second is a macro shot with manual focus:
Yesterday was a cold and bright day, nice to go for a walk and take pictures
f/4 – 1/320 – ISO 200 – 60mm
I’m back in Amsterdam, home sweet home! I’ll post pictures from Morocco later, in the meantime here’s another one from Sweden.
