Ah, to have the eye of an artist… I see exactly what you mean but only after you pointed it out. How cool is that! Hmm, it’s been a while since I read music but it looks to me like the sheet music to a Sonic Youth song:) great pic as always and I love your interpretation!

I can see that easily…and it’s great that they were all facing the same way, but that’s often the case, I think. Coots are so funny, aren’t they? We have rafts of them accumulating on the lakes around here, and soon they’ll disperse.

Coots are funny, and we have a lot of them here in Amsterdam! Even though most of them don’t survive their first year, there’s no canal or pond without coots here π
