  7. Wow. What an amazing collection of shots of an exotic looking bird. I especially love the shots in which the amazing crown really shines against a dark background.

    • Thanks Mike! I agree the crown looks best with a dark background. It was a nice, friendly bird, he came up to me several times to look at me & my camera. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to change lens, so couldn’t take any good pictures (he was too close!).

  14. What a bird, and what wonderful shots you got! I love the ripples of light on water in some of the backgrounds. And the last shot with the bird staring into the camera is Nat Geo worthy!
