This is interesting Camilla. I’m not quite sure where the main point of focus is, but it does work in an abstract, arty kind of way.

Thanks Mark! I wanted to show the reflection in the droplet to the right but only the drop didn’t look nice. I played around a bit and tried different croppings but in the end I posted the whole thing as it was. It’s a bit cluttered! but oh well 🙂 such is life in mossland!

The first thing that came to mind with this picture is the drama in it. The dark colors, the contrasts, the intricate subject matter.

Water drops are my favorite topic, especially big ones wit reflections. One of my readers called them “first cameras” – and he was right because the picture in the drop shows something that we don’t see, it makes a depiction of the world outside. I did it many times,

and publishing on a regular basis, recently see
