  10. My first thought was “yawn” because I found a tree once that looked like it was yawning. Then I saw the OK. I have so many tree friends. You probably will too.

      • I have several tree friends. One has a similar hole below where the trunk forks. I named it Sleepy. Sir Octopus is a huge catalpa tree with several large curving limbs. Toot looks like it’s playing a horn. I have more.

          • Hadn’t thought of that. Most I took pictures of before digital cameras. I haven’t seen most of them in years. I painted a watercolor of each and wrote text for a picture book. I do have pictures of Sir Octopus from last summer … Thanks
